Biopsy of Bowel ?

I have a GYN provider that performed an exploratory laparotomy which lead to a left oophorectomy, lysis of adhesions and biopsy of small bowel cysts. I am having a difficult time in coding the biopsy of bowel cysts. The op report states the cysts were unroofed and drained and portion of the wall was removed but not the entire cysts. They were not closed and enterotomy was not performed. Any suggestions?
