Ear suction cleaning

I would like to know when we are doing ear suction cleaning for removing debris or pus for examination usually under otoscope/ endoscope or direct vision, what code should be used as an instrument is used to do a procedure which require some times more than 10 minutes.
thanks

re: Ear suction cleaning

This service is included in the appropriate E/M level.

U can also ICD-III 96.52: Irrigation of Ear is enough to code the above scenario

or else u can code CPT® 69210: Removal Impacted Cerumen (Sep Proc), One/Both Ears..........if cerumen is removed from the ear.
