Heart catherization on brain dead patient

Can you bill medicare for a heart catherization procedure on a brain dead patient for the purpose of evalution for organ donation eligiblity? If so, what would be the procedure code(s) and what diagnosis would be appropriate. (eg. hospital indicates brain death occured 2/19 and the catherization procedure was done 2/20). Where would I find this in medicare guidelines?
