J1080 Injectible Testosterone Cypionate

J1080 is no longer valid as of 1/1/15. The new code is supposed to be J1071 but this code is being rejected at my clearinghouse. Is there a different code I should be using?

I have tried that and it's being rejected at my clearinghouse as invalid. Any other suggestions?

Yes because it is now paid under DME. But more importantly it is not included in the Fee Schedule.. not sure why. I would hold those claims till something comes about. I also checked on my AMA coding manager and it has no RVU's and nothing else to offer.
