Any auditors out there? Wondering how you would interpret "Pleasant woman"...is that a strong enough statement for Mood (psych)????

If that is ALL that is documented, I don't think I would count that for psych. It's pretty vague. If it was included in a longer sentence I might include it.

I don't count that for mood. Here are words I count:

anxious, cheerful, alert, cooperative, depressed, normal affect

"this pleasant woman" isn't enough for me.
