Please Help CPT® for Exostectomy

I need help on a foot surgery. I AN NOT FAMILIAR WITH THE FEET ANY HELP THAT I CAN BE GIVEN WOULDBE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

Procedure #1exostectomy, medial cuneiform, rt foot.

A 4-5 cm linear longitudinal incision was performed over the medial aspect of the right tarsometatarsal joint just medial to the large bone prominence. After careful anatomic dissection was performed taking care to preserve and retract all vital neurovascular structures, tiny bleeders were cauterized as necessary with bipolar in layered dissection and made down to bone. Subperiosteal dissection then performed at this point, both dorsal laterally and medially and the underlying large osteophyte/exostosis and hypertrophic bone on the medial cuneiform was resected with an osteome and rongeur and smoothed with a reciprocating rasp. THIS IS THE ONE I AM NOT SURE OF BUT SINCE THEY SEEM TO BE ABOUT THE SAME I AN LEANING TOWARDS IT BEING 28288 AS WELL.

Procedure #2 Exostectomy, First Metatarsal, Rt foot
On the other side of the joint, the very large exostosis/hypertrophic bone was noted on the dorsal first metatarsal base as well. This was also resected with an osteome and rongeur and smoothed with a reciprocating rasp. I THINK THAT THIS SHOULD BE 28288

Procedure #3 Neurolysis, Dorsal Medial Cutaneous Nerve, Rt foot
Pathologic pressure was placed on the dorsal medial cutaneous nerve from the large bony prominence. This removed this pathologic pressure performing an external neurolysis of the dorsal medial cutaneous nerve. FOR THIS I WENT WITH 64704
