I have been looking at tour ICD 10 training modules. Since the training presentations are from 2011, do you think that all of the information is current.

No, the digit additions since these were taped are not included, example Z16 used to be 3 and now has additional digits. But, the point is, you are getting all the foundation information for each chapter you need to transition to ICD-10 next year.
