anoplasty without stricture

My doctor did a hemorrhoidectomy and anorectoplasty. Per the operative note, I believe rectoplasty is too extensive, so am looking at anoplasty. CPT® 34700 is for stricture. She doesn't mention stricture on her report or the initial office exam. Is there an "anoplasty without stricture" code?
