intra-operative monitoring

Would anyone know if the placement of a Swan, TEE, and the use of cell saver during a CABG are all separetely reportable? I thought that I had read somewhere that the use of monitoring devices during surgery are not reportable but I cannot find where I read this. If anyone has a guideline regarding this, it would be GREATLY appreciated!
