General Surgery

I hope someone is able to help. I have a patient that general surgery performed the excision of a pilonidal cyst on 7/20/2010. On 1/25/2010, the patient returned and had pilonidal sinus wound packing. On 3/8/2010, the patient came back for placement of Tisseel pack which I believe should be 11952? I am being told this is not billable. Can someone tell if it is or not and please tell me why if not.

I would say you could bill it, but you should append a 78 mod if unplanned or 58 if this procedure was planned.
