How to bill for split components of an EKG.

Our Nurse Practitioners do the tracing portion (CPT-93005)of EKGs and our Physicians do the reading and report (CPT-93010), but if we bill these out this way, our patients end up being charged for two co-pays - one for each provider. What is the correct way to bill these? Can both components be billed under either the Nurse Practitioner or the Physician?
