knee Scopes

Anyone have problems when codeing a knee scope with using 29881 with 29879 saying bundled?? Also, sometimes I can get health insurances to pay for a knee scope and sometimes not. Any thoughts?

Providing my doctors give me the documentation meaning reporting performance of a chrondraplasty in a separate compartment, I bill as follows: 29881, 29879-59 and get paid without incident.
