NDC for J1050

We recently gave an J1050 Medroxyprogestrone to a patient and used the NDC on the bottle which is 59762-4537-01. We keep getting a denial as a "deactivated/withdrawn NDC". I looked this NDC up and found that it ended on 12/31/12 but we still have some left in our bottle.

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to get this claim paid when the NDC is deactivated? Any help will be enormously appreciated!
