Medicare Denial 99203

i have submitted 99203 and VNS denied this CPT® stating that this is an INVALID procedure and need to correct according to medicare guidelines,

However i have tried to research on that but got no luck, do anyone have info on this one

Is your place of service correct 11 or 22. Also maybe it is not a new patient to your group.
