Consent Forms

Hi Betsy - The practice is a department of the hospital.As such, a consent form is signed for EVERY outpatient office encounter. Is there any requirement in law or regulation to continue this practice?. ( Private practices usually asked patients to sign once, or with Medicare - once per year.)
