ICD 10 Post op hematoma

Just wondering if anyone could direct me to the correct code for a post op hematoma. Patient had a repair of a Ventral hernia, 4 days post op returned to OR to evacuate a post op hematoma. I was trying to decide on L76.22 as the hematoma was reported as a Abdominal wall hematoma, or K91.840 as the original procedure involved the Digestive system. My guess is the L76.22 as the code title for K91.840 reads
"Postprocedural hemorrhage and hematoma of a digestive system organ or structure following a digestive system procedure" and the hematoma involved the abdominal wall, not a digestive system organ.
