Mental health billing-NYC area

This is an indepth question for those billers that know mental health billing inside and out. My agency has license for a variety of outreach. Some of our therapist provide session in the home to those that are not able to come into the office as well as visiting those adolesants who are on probation with services etc... for the clients that have managed care........can the usual customary codes be used for the offsite visists? All providers operate under the mental health clinic's tax id.


I've been reading and looking into this for weeks......I'm getting mixed answers and just shipped out my first batch of claims. Just want to be sure I'm doing the company good and not harm.
