Mitek bone anchor suture - Otolaryngology

A surgeon from my ENT group has performed a removal of an infected Mitek bone anchor hardware doing and incision in the left nasal cavity and left eyelid. The Mitek was removed in its entirety. Any suggestions on what I can bill for this removal? The only code I can come up with is the Unlisted Procedure, Nose, 30999. Thanks in advance for your advice!
