How to CPT® code ligation of artery of vulva?

I am not sure which CPT® code to use for the ligation of an artery in the vulva that occurred during the post op period after marsupialization was done on the bartholin's gland. I have to attach the ASA code because I am coding for anesthesia, so I am not sure what CPT® to use. Any suggestions? The doctor went back to the incision site and sutured the artery. Thanks.
