Icd 10 compliance

Im really lost, Need more information on the ICD 10 compliance. Our office Manager hasnt even mention the conversion, depending of me to find out more information. But im lost can anyone help me?

When you upgrade to the 5010 (compliance for jan. 1, 2012) from the 4010. your new program will have been upgraded to hold the icd-10 codes. Your office should offer to upgrade your skill for the icd-10 codes. you can go to the medicare website and get what is required for icd-10 and more information how this will work. These icd-10 codes are not mandatory until oct. 1, 2013.
