Ruptured ovarian cyst repair

I have a patient that had a ectopic pregnancy. They did laparotomy to remove the ectopic and revealed a reptured ovarian cyst in the left ovary. The cyst was only sutured to repair the rupture. The doctor did not remove it or aspirate it, the ovary was only sutured where it had ruptured. What would the CPT® code be for this. I used 59120 for removal of the ectopic in the r fallopian tube
