Excision of neck mass

Hi,

What are the allowed place of services to conduct the procedure -Excision, tumor, soft tissue of neck or anterior thorax, subcutaneous; less than 3 cm (CPT® 21555)?

Just wanted to know if the doctor can perform it in the office setup as well.
