Need CPT® code for this:

Endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal approach to evacuation to a pituitary hemorrhage.

The previous day the surgeon did CPT® 62165, then next day complications the surgeon had to go back in and found blood clots. We have been denied by insurance stating we did not take out any tumors which is true. However, I can't find a code that is close to this at all and when I tried submitting CPT® 64999 the claim is rejected for no description.

Any help would be appreciated.
