Code for Malignant Tumor (Proximal Femur)

Is there a code for curettage of malignant tumor of the proximal femur? I found soft tissue codes, and I also found 27365 but this is for femur or knee. Is this ok to use for Proximal femur? Thank for help

There does not seem to be a code for the curettage of a malignant tumor of the femur, proximal or otherwise. I'd report 27599 and send the note.

As far as 27365, if any part of the femur had a radical resection of a tumor, this would be the code to report because the description is no more than femur which would mean any part.
