Rotovirus Vaccine

When billing multiple Vaccines and Roto (90680) some confusion if vaccine code is used or oral.

Example:
90670 x 90471
90723 x 90472 x3
90680 x 90474

or 90680 added to 90472?

this is medicaid so they do not pay on 90460 and 90461 when multiple.
