Icd-10 post concussion

Hello: If a patient is coming in for follow up on a concussion. Patient is cleared and able to return to sports and regular activities.
If the patient is cleared to perform normal functions what is the appropriate ICD-10 Code to use?

The S060X??? with (S) for sequela? Sequela (late effects) is defined after the acute phase of an illness or injury has terminated.

We also looked at F07.81- Post concussion syndome
the AAPC forum says not to use the F07.81 unless patient shows a mental change or personality issues. Is this true?

Confused on which code would be the appropriate I would greatly appreciate your imput.

If cleared, I would use the concussion code with the S 7th character extender for routine healing.
