Spirometry

can 94010 Spirometry be billed with an office visit on the same day?

I would like to know if we bill a office visit with a 25 modifier and on the same day, we are doing a PFT procedure which if 94060, 94726 and 94729 and we are not getting paid. But in the CPT® 2016 it is stating that 94060 and 94729 can be used together and our RT is doing a 94726 also. What can I do to get all 4 codes paid.
