PLEASE HELP!!! medicare 95027

I have been recieving denials for medicare on the allergy serum and tests... we charge a 95027 with 87 units and medicare is not covering..any advice on how to get them to pay???? please respond to wventssb@yahoo.com. when i post i can never find my responses... thanks

CPT® Code 95027 refers to intradermal dilutional testing. It should be reported by the number of sticks or tests performed per allergen at the various levels of dilution. For example, if a physician administers 10 allergens at 4 concentration levels for each antigen, he or she would report this as 95027 with 40 units of service. What is your denial code?

yes that is true and that is why we bill with the 87 units. I will get you one tomorrow can you respond to mine. thanks
