If a patient brings Depo to the office, can I still bill 96372 or can I only bill J1050? Or do I have this backwards.

You still charge for the administration. In the case of the patient supplying the depo, I would code 96372 and J1050 with $0.00 price. Note in box 19 on HCFA "Patient provided Depo"
