PCP provided ultrasound coverage

I am looking at purchase and self perfrom certain ultrasounds in my office. however one of my insurers says that Medicare will require ACR accrediation in the near future in order to be reimbursed. On Medicare's site, it mentions only Advanced imaging such as PET,CT,MRI and specifically excluded ultrasound. Does anyone know about this? Does anyone recomend NOT leasing such a machine?
