Infected Hernia Mesh Removal with Bio-A Mesh Closure

How would you CPT® code:
A #10 blade was used to make a vertical incision overlying the central area of induration. This was carried out as an ellipsoid around the main portion of induration. Dissection was carried down through subcutaneous tissue. This was taken down to the level of the fascia. After dissecting onto the base of this area of induration, this was amputated and removed. There resulted a small opening in the fascia measuring a centimeter in size. Upon further examination of the wound, there was seen to be a hernia mesh visible. This had a creamy discharge to it. The fascial incision was then made vertically and proximally 4 centimeters in length. Dissection was carried out carefully around the edges and the hernia mesh edge was grasped and delivered. The securing stitches of Prolene were cut and removed as well. After removal of the mesh, no further drainage was seen. There were no purulent pockets seen. No abscess seen. Saline was used to irrigate the surgical field and 0 Vicryl interrupted fashion was used to re-approximate the fascia. A small patch of Bio-A mesh was secured on top of the fascia. This was done after irrigating with saline. 2-0 Vicryl simple interrupted fashion was used for the skin. Staples were used for the skin. 4 x 4 and tape were applied. The patient tolerated the procedure well and was taken to the Recovery Room in stable condition after extubation.
Would the CPT® codes be any combination of: 10180, 11008, 49568 or something else?
Thanks for any help!
