Comparison Exams

I am interested in hearing how others code x-rays when doing comparison. Example: 2 vw left knee DX: pain in left knee
2 vw right knee is also ordered for comparison only (no problems) DX: ??

Prior to ICD 10 -pain in knee- was not laterality specific

Any suggestions?
