Placing an ear wick

Is the a CPT® code that can be used specifically for placing an ear wick into the ear? It is a minor procedure and placement, but one we do often in the office when the ear is too swollen to get the medicine in.

There is not a specific CPT® code for this - it would be part of an E&M code. If the microscope were used, and documented, then 92504 could also be reported.
