Procedure:Wrist was washed and sterilized over radial styloid with betadine then alcohol wipe was applied topically. A solution of 40 mg kenalog with 2.5 ml of 1% lidocaine, 2.5 ml 0.05 % Marcaine was infused with a 22 x 1 and 1/2 inch needle after ethyl chloride was sprayed topically. Patient tolerated procedure well.. Consent was obtained and placed in chart.
