Physician Assistant

We have a Physician Assistant is our office. Can that PA see NEW patients, ones not previously seen by the physician.

Also, How/where do I receive a response.

A PA can see a new patient but for Medicare must bill under his/her own UPIN number, not the physician's name. Check the MD scope of practice laws for PA in your State.
