CPT® codes coming up as "not found"

I was hoping that someone could tell me what CPT® code 84311 stands for? I believe it is a urine drug screen because I see a pain management physician and actually received a bill for the urine drug screen. I am just curious as to what specific medications I was tested for. If someone could help, I'd greatly appreciate it.I did try to look it up but the search results come back as either not found or incorrect, meaning not paid for by Medicare.

Thanks so much!

From the Lay Descriptions:
84311

Specimen types include blood, random urine, or a 24-hour timed urine collection. Method is typically spectrophotometry, which provides a quantitative measure of the amount of a material in a solution absorbing applied light. Report this test for an analyte not elsewhere specified. Measuring the absorption of visible, ultraviolet or infrared light makes quantitative measurements of concentrations of reagents. The specimen is by the bodily fluid chosen as a sample (e.g., gastric secretions). Method is by specific gravity, which measures the concentration or the weight of a substance as compared to an equal volume of water. For laboratory testing, specific gravity shows the density of a specific material.

From the Current CPT® 2014 Manual
84311 Spectrophotometry, analyte not elsewhere specified
