Empire Bluecard Billing

Does anyone else have an issue with Empire Bluecard with Strabismus surgery billing? Since the change to the ICD-10 coding, they have been denying the diagnosis submitted H50.15 or H50.05 as "diagnosis does not match the procedure" or "diagnosis not specific for the procedure". That ICD-10 code is as specific as it can be; there is no suffix for right eye or left eye.

I have no problem with the Empire BCBS, but the Bluecard department has been doing this a lot.

Any thoughts?
