Toenail trimming

I have a patient who has extensive CAD and PVD, presents to me for toenail clippings. Her toes hurt from her toenails. On exam her toenails are on its way to being ingrown, however no redness or paronychia has set in yet. I clipped the nails and inspected her feet. I am not able to find clear guidance on how to bill for nail clippings for the primary care doctor. If anyone has any experience, it would be appreciated. Thanks.
