What CPT and ICD-9 codes would I use for the vaginal delivery of a patient that had an induction of labor at 21 weeks gestation, delivering a nonviable infant due to myelomeningocele?

If the patient was greater than 20 weeks pregnant you should code a vaginal delivery with the fetal demise code if greater than 22 wks or 632 if less than 22 wks. I would charge vaginal dlivery code 59410 with dx code 632 and code 655.01 then file the prenatal visits in the doctors office seperately. Hope this helps.
