Treatments applied in three different arterial beds (iliac, femoropopliteal, and tibial
These new codes will bundle the selective cath. code, the radiological S&I code, and the treatment code.
Only one code from this family should be reported for each lower extremity vessel treated.
Each code in this family INCLUDES any balloon angioplasty when performed.
