Diagnosis
I was told that when a patient's med is being monitored and a urine drug test is done to use diagnosis "V58.61" for anticoag and "V58.69" for other meds. Also, I was told "V58.69" is used for Medicare only(?) Are this correct?

V58.69 is not just for Medicare. I use it everyday with all insurances.
