Review of systems
If provider addresses several systems in HPI is it ok for him to say See HPI, all other systems normal for the ROS.

As long as you ddid not count those systems in the HPI-no double dipping!

the concept of double dipping is not in the original guidelines.
The clinician must explicitly document the positive systems and the pertinent negatives and then, if the clinician has reviewed ALL 14 systems may say, "Except as above, all other systems were reviewed and are negative."
Otherwise, just credit what was noted.
