Help with CPT® Code 75625 Aortography abdominal serialography rs & i

I am confused at what is meant by a full and complete study for the Adbdom. aortography. I have a case where the physician only mentions the renal arteries (with the aorta), no celiac or mesenteries, etc were studied. Should I add modifier 52 to 75625? Or not use this modifier because a local anesthetic was used? If not, then how would you code this?
