immunizations for post transplant pts

Jun 7 2012, 3:48 PM post transplant pt requires revaccinations for polio 90713 and hib 90718 and 90648 just like other vaccines i'm seeing that mc does not cvr even though post transplant just wanted to check if i may be missing something?
