Ultrasound coding

Our cardiology practice is looking to revamp our "superbills" for all Ultrasound (carotid, venous, AAA etc.) and for nuclear stress testing. As our providers rarely use diagnosis acceptable by Medicare, I want to list ONLY Medicare approved Dx's for those procedures on the superbills.
