billing pet scans in Hospital

Can someone tell me what the proper modifier is to attach to our claims for 78815, A9552 and 82962? It is the initial charge for this service. I have looked up the KX modifere along with P1, PS and Q0. Our Dx code is valid. Not sure which to use. Thank you!
