Physician supervision status code 09

We are looking for instruction to tell us what part of a service the physician must personally perform.
The code 36455 has a Physician supervision Status Code of 09 on the Medicare Fee Schedule. The definition of 09 means concept does not apply.
Can the Physician write to order and necessary calculations for the partial blood transfusion then see other patients while the transfusion is happening in another room?
