having problems getting reimbursed for DME supplies on workers compensation

its my understanding that if the HCPCs code is listed in the medicare fee schedule it should be reimbursed.

If the code is not listed the w/c carrier should reimburse at 120% of cost to the provider, is this correct?

And is code 99070 still a valid code for W/C for california?

99070 is a misc. supply code many payers do not reimburse. A carrier would not know your cost unless you give it to them. If, it's significant try and find a better CPT® or send in with docs. showing what it is.
