Intima-media thickness testing

We are looking into performing the intima-media thickness testing in association with carotid duplex testing. We would code CPT 93880 or 93882 for the carotid duplex and also key Category III code 012T. Has anyone had any experience with this coding and it's reimbursement? Any information would be appreciated.
