Capsule Endoscopy

Hi. I'm new to a GI group and I have a few questions on billing Capsule Endoscopy.... We are a teaching facility so the resident are currently in the room with the patient to give them the capsule. The physician is in the office suite but not in the room at the time. Does the physician need to be in the room when the capsule is swallowed? Does this procedure fall under minor procedure? Also, one physician is in the suite that day and another physician dictates the report. We shoulde be billing under the physician who does the report, correct?

Confusing??? I have no LCD to guide me so I'm hopeing someone can assist me.

THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH.
